In Spyro 3, How do you get the last egg in Mushroom Speedway?

I have been searching for so long, yet I cant seem to find hunter for the hunter's dogfight quest. Can anyone help?

If I remember correctly, I think that Hunter is located behind a big mushroom. Try to look for a big mushroom that is not around any other mushrooms and look around the entire mushroom.

Also, if you can't find Hunter behind the big mushroom, it may be because he was captured, and you have to free Hunter first and then come back to Mushroom Speedway and then Hunter will be there. I remember that in Spyro 2 or Spyro 3, Hunter was captured by the Sorceress and you have to free Hunter before he will be avaliable for any missions.
