My neighbor keyed my car. I called the cops and filed a report, and she is known to behave this way, and of course she said she didn't do it. The cop said she also has a restraining order agaist her by a guy see was seeing too.
What do i do to get it fixed or should i even bother?
This did happen 3 weeks ago, and the key mark goes from rear to front and is deep. Nothing like this has ever happend to me.

If you crash your car into hers and make it seem like she was at fault, insurance will pick up the bill. Of course, your premium will go up, but hey what can you do?

Some kids in my neighborhood decided that playing with rocks would be fun, then they decided that decorating my car with their rocks would be fun. (I don't mean they pummeled my car) I now have a lovely spaceship-ring bordering my gas cover and some decorative loopy-lines all over my trunk...those rocks were sharp. Also, they decided that it'd be fun to pretend my car was a monster and beat my trunk with a shovel and bat. They were around the ages of 5-10 and they're parents let them loose (sry i don't mean to offend) all day during the summer. Since a month, they were evicted and my car is no longer a victim.
We couldn't do anything legally, we bought some kind of scratch removing cream and a buffing sponge, the scratches are too deep.

If you don't have proof, like you actually saw her doing it or were in the proximity of your car when it happened, you can't prove it so just move on. Pay for it yourself, because w/o proof, no judge is going to order her to pay.
Remember, it's just a machine, and many more things are likely to scar its surface during your time of ownership. Both of my cars have dog scratches all over, but hey, what can I do? They're just cars...
