Fried watermelon. Of course after frying the melon there isn't much left. It is more like eating a large fruity pork rind. Fried Chicken is my favorite food fried, by fried artichoke hearts intriques me. Maybe I will try it sometime, if I have the heart to do it.

Well I have to answer this question in two ways. I have severe intolerance to a range of foods now and can no longer eat ANY dairy products at all. So if I could, cheese, cheese, cheese, yummo fried with things and YUM!
Now I guess I don't really eat many fried foods but I do like fried eggs, and sliced cooked potato fried (as a slice not a chip), tomatos and thats about it I suppose.
Now I am hungry and need some food, fried, of course....

fried foods will give you a stroke or heart attack so I now stay away from them after becoming very dizzy.
I used to love french fries (shoestring style), shrimp, fried chicken and some pastries like donuts and rosettes that were dunked in hot oil to cook, and while we're talking about grease, I used to like bacon. I suppose I should add chinese food to the list as I think fried rice counts as does some greasy meats they probably fry since they are breaded.

Zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, okra, child carrots. Simply get some tempura batter combine & enjoy. (I've heard deep fried pickles are excellent too, however have not received up the nerve to try them) that you could additionally make fried pies. Get some refrigerated bicuits & your favourite pie filling. Roll out the biscuit to type a small circle, add a dollop of pie filling on one half & fold over. Use a fork to crimp the edges. Fry except golden, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
