Wow, I'm not really sure, not without useing some sort of computer logger that tells where people go. You can find free ones or find really high quality ones that run upwards of $200. Now, if you are really worried about where someone is going on your comptuer, you could just password protect your computer with a good password then you won't have to worry about it.

You have to download a software that will track all keystrokes. They can't hide what they type. Some decent ones have 30 day free trials even.
If they delete history, Cookies, and Cache, you're not going to find it. Now it's probably in there somewhere, but if you could do it without software, you would not be asking for help.

1.
Try typing into the address bar.
Very often, if the save searches feature is
enabled (and it usually is - perhaps it a
default) , you only need type the first part
of an url and the rest will come up.
Start http://www.a
then b
then c
and so on through the alphabet.
2.
Go to the View menu and select 'history'.
If you're using Firefox the whole history
will appear in a panel to the left. I think
that Explorer shows it too - not sure.
3.
Often images, even parts of adds, will show
up in picture manager.
