I mean the wastes of space...the teams that may as well not even exist. No relevance, an easy win all the time, name = failure, kind of team...

i would have to go with new Orleans or Cincinatti..I know they have had a few good years but as franchises go they would rank at the bottom of my list with the Lions coming in at a strong third i would have had to say Tampa coulda been fourth but over the last 8 yrs with a superbowl win and frmittable teams they have overcame their horrible past...Im from tampa so i know the feeling of empty space we have the rays here in baseball and we had the Bucs in football at 1 time they were the worst of the worst....ooops dont let me forget the Texans would anyone really care if they just went away...hell why did the Oilers leave..lol...give me a break they leave Houston go to Nashville lose a superbowl so now we get the texans...just a waste of space! Damn it i keep rambling what about the falcons?....Vick was the savior..lol..any franchise that needs a player like Vick to save em and now he may have ruined them i say they r now my new #1 team that waste space and can leave the league and have no impact on NFL what so ever!

I'd have to say the Falcons. They seem to amass talent that's questionable or just enough to get 1 winning season in a decade. I have also not been impressed with their willingness to hire talent, their stadium, their inability to keep talent or the complete inability of the city itself to really pressure ownership to seek talent. I don't count Vick. They need do whatever they can to get Tebow from Florida and on their team to bring back the Vick days that the offensive line is used to. If they fail to get Tebow, they are doomed for the next 8 yrs.

Well that would have to be the Dolphins, as they couldn't fight their way out of kindergarten playground. Their team sucks, the only two good players they got are injured and as far as I know there isn't a team in the NFL that is worried about them.

Worst as far as what they have accomplished in the past 20 years... The Lions. I don't remember the last time they did anything or were in the playoffs.
