A great product for making your cheekbones stand out more is blush.
I'm not sure what your skin tone is, so you'll have to figure out which shade is best for you, but Physicians Formula is the brand I would go with! They have "regular" blush and they also have mineral blush. They're both amazing. I know for a fact that the regular one has some shimmer in it. It's subtle, but looks gorgeous - especially under light (and the sun!)! However, the brush that it comes with is not that great. I would recommend a kibosh brush (though it's for bronzer, it's really good to use with blush if you want your cheekbones to stand out).
I would recommend that you circulate the brush in the blush, tap it on the compact to get rid of excess blush, and then sweep it (sweep, then move in a circular motion) on the apples of your cheeks. It may help if you smile while you so this so that the apples stand out. Sweep up from your apples (don't get it to close to your nose, it's a mistake that many people make) and up towards your temples (but not too high). This is the basic process, but once you try it out, you'll figure out what works best for you.
Here's the website for physicians formula, check it out :) (You can find their products anywhere, even Target! This is the only drugstore makeup I have ever used, and it's amazing! Really good quality, for a good price!) http://www.physiciansformula.com/product/face/blushes.html
I suggest the multi-colored palette.

Apply blush or a highlighter on the apples of your cheeks and along your cheekbones. Then take some bronzer and sweep some of that right below along the hollow of your cheeks.

yes. its called makeup.
if you are a crazy makeup person who puts on foundation and all that natural-skin-color stuff daily, then do that first.
if not, keep it natural.
the second step is to put a dark tone (pinks, browns, any natural blush color) under where your cheek bones are.
the contrast between the lightness of your natural skin and the darkness of the blush gives this effect:
dark colors (even pinks and reds, often found in blushes) make parts of your face look a bit smaller or shadowed. if your cheek bones are a lighter shade (your natural skin color), it will make them stand out in contrast to the darkness of the blush.
hope this helps.

Smile, then add blush to the apples of your cheeks. This adds some definition and youth....and will help it stand out!

Yup!
Use foundation makeup!
Then use blush- pink blush makes your cheekbones look perky and high, while red makes them look rosy they stand out but maybe too much. A peach blush will look natural, but may not stand out enough.
Never apply too much blush!
And if you don't already, mascara on your lower lashes.

when your applying blush use a slanted blush brush and make a "fishface"
by doing this your are highlighting your natural cheek bones.
if you dont like blush then try the same thing with bronzer.

If you suck in your cheeks like a fish and then apply bronzer lightly directly under your cheekbones they will look a tad more pronounced.

you could try a darker blush but if your skin is really light it could make you look like a hooker so you could try a little bronzer along with a light blush to give a little contour and definition
