If probate court decisions have a statute of limitations it would vary from state to state.

That is to establish the validity of a will. Personal experience has been about six months. I can't recall there was a definite set time. Why not call an Estate Attorney and ask that question. If he or she thinks you're bringing business their way, they'll freely give you that answer.
