How can they reduce the number of aboriginals in the prison system??

Poverty is forcing the aboriginal people to commit crimes like robbery and theft.

I think it would be a great idea especially for people that have permanent injuries and can't drive. You wouldn't have to drive 50 miles to go to the Dr. once a month for pain medication. Won't have to worry about that for too long because DEA is just about to do away with pain medication except for drug addicts. They have made it so difficult for Dr.'s that they won't give pain medication for people that deserve it. The more they give out the more they get put under the spotlight of the DEA. All you need is a few seeds and your in business of making your own pain medication. It would be the best thing that ever happened to people like me. Now I wonder how that would effect getting or keeping a job. You can drink alcohol because it is legal but would they still have drug test for weed? Just because it is legal doesn't mean you can smoke it if you want to work for a living.

There is also a lot of alcohol abuse, which is a big factor with crime.
