If your looking for healthy I'd go with the Salami and Cheese sandwich or if your looking to totally splurge in calories, bacon and egg but nothin' like a big bowl of cereal!!! (still I'd go with salami and cheese.

I'd switch the bacon with sausage. However, if I needed to have bacon I would get more egg.
