I don't know if I qualify as a "senior" at 53 (nearly 54), but--yes, I have a Sunday routine. As a member of the Church of Christ, Sunday is the Lord's Day for me. I get up and either make coffee, or grab some at the convenience store en route to church. After church, which I go to a rural area to attend, I go to see my mother in the nursing home in a nearby city. During football season, I watch the Dallas Cowboys' Sunday games (Although I'm a Texan, I root against them--long story). Sunday night, I'm back in church.

I surely do. Sunday is my day to relax & watch tv or be here on the computer. I wake up in the morning, put my robe on, pour myself a cup of coffee that is already waiting for me when I get up. I go out to the paperbox to get the paper, then I sit down at the dining room table & drink my coffee & read the paper. I look forward especially to doing the "word scramble" & the crossword puzzle. The rest of the day, I search for some good movies, especially on Hallmark, this time of year. I still fix a nice dinner on Sunday, a habit I got into when I was married & raising my family. I always call my family on the weekend to say hello & talk to my grandchildren.

My Sunday is the one day I do not have to have a routine...so I guess that's it!
Coffee, Meet the Press and whatever comes my way!
Do you have a regular Sunday routine?

Yes. I get up and start a pot of coffee. While that's brewing I drive to a nearby drug store and buy the Sunday paper. When I get home I pour my first cup and peruse the Nevada section and the comics.
After making and consuming my breakfast I head off to Mass at the Shrine. After Mass I return home and have lunch. The rest of the day is spent on listening to various programs on English language short wave radio. Evening brings a quiet time when I can tackle the crossword and cryptogram puzzles from the paper.

I try to get up early on Sunday and get groceries before 8 in the morning. That is usually a definite. I have to go to work Sunday night at 10:30 on third shift, so my day in between is never planned. It could be church, riding my Harley, or just spending time on Yahoo.

yes and have for years. I have never liked Sunday since I was a child. Sooo boring. I never heard the clock ticking on the mantle until Sunday afternoons !!!!
"On a Sunday morning sidewalk,
I'm wishing, Lord, That I was stoned.
Cause there's something in a Sunday,
That makes a body feel alone.
And there's nothing short a dying,
that's half as lonesome as the sound,
Of the sleeping city sidewalk,
and Sunday morning coming down."

Sunday is my lazy day.
I stay very busy during the week...sometimes on Sunday I don't even get the door.
My girls has keys so I don't have to worry it might be them.
I don't watch much TV...on at all times I just listen to it..but on Sundays I do watch maybe a movie.... I like ♥ stories.

Get up at 8 a.m. (unless I'm driving the bus that day, then I get up at 7:30 a.m.), eat something odd (pizza, pb&J sandwich, microwaved egg/toast/cheese), read the Sunday paper (funnies first, then Hampton Roads section, then Front section), shower, brush my teeth, shave, medicate myself, dress, kiss the wife, pat the dog/cat, head to church, set up my class room, teach, sing, listen/nap, go home, make some soup, read the rest of the paper, check my email, come here, nap, eat dinner, go to Cantata pratice, come home, snack, watch T.V., go to bed. If it's summer, I might cut the grass if I didn't do it Saturday, then take the dog for a long walk.
