The second one.
It's fun, but mature, and it doesn't say, 'I'm too old to have fun tonight.'
I think it's perfect.

Well the silver one looks like something Lindsay Lohan would wear while strung-out and getting arrested for DUI or something.... Wear the red, much classier for a prom!

I think you should go for the second one. It's beautiful and does not reveal much of your body. You wont want somebody to keep staring at you especially at night.
