I have a Dynex Wireless G Router for my playstation 3
i have connected the ps3 has located the router
but when it tests
it gets the ip adress
but internet connection:failed
dns error
i have tried resetting the modem about a million times
i tried updating but it was already updated
and i have tried putting down my firewall
im so super frustrated
can anyone helllpppp plzzzzzz

is your modem connected to the router and did you configure the router properly?

I don't know anything about your Playstation 3, but it sounds like you need to give it the address of a DNS server. The address of your router might do.
