i have the same problem well almost i only see the guy in school and i hate hurting people too but what i usually do is ignore him just when he talks to you dont pay to much attention to him and talk to him as little as possible.Just hang out with someone so that when he talks to you it will be easier to ignore him and im not sure what bebo is but if you can just block him.

If i was a big brother and some older guy was annoying my sister and she told me,I'D take him behind the garage .or invite and he said no.I'D HAUL HIM and have a nice face to face TALK.
