Led Zeppelin II is arguably one of the most influential albums in rock and rock guitar, so I guess that. It's also considered their best by critics and some fans.
I prefer their debut album and Physical Graffiti though.

Led Zeppelin 2. I think they were at their best staying closr to their blues roots.

well, many people in the UK took a survey, and the highest liked album was led zeppelin 2. i like all of them mostly, but possibly the 4th one cause it has a bunch of good songs.

1,2 or 4 for a consistent number of good tracks. 3 had maybe 1 decent track as does Houses and the others. Physical Graffiti had a couple (Kashmir and Trmpled Underfoot).

I like "How The West Was Won" its a box-set by them with tons of their best songs... its an awesome album and has the full songs so their somewhat long (and its not a tribute of them if you think that)
