why won't my computer recoqnize my mp3 player?

Question

it was working fine when I bought it, then I deleted all songs to add new ones and now it won't show up in my computer. It shows up in device manager and says its working . Its a Craig 256mb personal mp3 player.

goto device manager and remove the device and all that relates to it. also do the same thing in safe mode. then restart puter and then insert the mp3 player. if this does not work, consult the craig site.
