There are 5 possibilities for National Championship game:
Mizzou - WVU (if both win out)
Mizzou - Ohio State (if Mizzou wins & WVU loses to Pitt)
WVU - Ohio State (If Oklahoma wins & WVU wins)
LSU - Ohio State (If Oklahoma wins & WVU loses)
USC - Ohio State (if Ok. wins/WVU loses/LSU loses)

Seriously, Kansas's season is over, though they will most likely get a BCS at-large bid (my guess would be Sugar Bowl). That could get screwed up if Oklahoma beats Missouri next week, since OU would get the automatic bid to the Fiesta and Missouri might be more in line for the BCS at-large (and a conference cannot have more than 2 teams in the BCS).

If Mizzou beats OU, Mizzou gets tOSU in New Orleans and KU gets an at-large (Fiesta)
If OU beats Mizzou, OU gets the Fiesta and KU gets the Orange or the Sugar
