Yes... it has improved greatly in the last 15 years, and is fairly hard to get into. It's ranked 54 in the National Universities category by US News & World Report.

Yeah there good schools. I'm guessing this is College Park your talking about. since college park is refered to as a Public Ivy school. (education of an Ivy with tution of a Public school)
