Drinking water can help speed up the elimination of the drug a bit, but most of the drug is fairly quickly absorbed by the blood and tissues and will have to work its way out through the body's normal toxin elimination process.

Hydrocodone is a pain killer, and overdosing on it can make your breathing stop. You can die.
If you are serious, and actually took 4, go to the hospital or call the poison control hotline now.

Call your pharmacist they can tell you how much you can take and when it is a precarious situation. If they are closed call a hospital. But then again if you are weak and your health has been compromised you might want to go ahead to the hospital.
