If you're referring to measurements, a foot is 12 inches and feet is the plural form of foot, so it is at least 24 inches.

There were three dinasours. One was called Foot, another was Foot Foot, and the other was Foot Foot Foot.
One day Foot said to Foot Foot and Foot Foot Foot "I don't feel very well" and . . . . this joke is too long - it finishes up with the punchline
"We've already got one Foot in the grave"

Well "foot" is one foot. If you mean, like your foot connected to your ankle, then that means 1 of them. Feet would mean both of your feet.
But if you mean in measurements, a foot would mean one foot long or high, but feet would mean more than one foot long or high.
Hope this helps!!!

A foot is one, feet are more than one (just in case you don't know what 'plural' means) whether it's a measurement, or a body part. Didn't you know that?
