Norv Turner is a guy who is an excellent coordinator who lacks any sense of killer instinct or competitive fire. He's largely failed as a head coach at any level.
Les Miles is the highly successful coach of one of the best teams in college football. He only has 2 losses this season, and it took 2 away games against conference foes in 6 overtimes to beat him.
There is your comparison, and no, they are not similar at all.

Les miles chokes in championship caliber games.not like Norv Turner but more like his predecessor Martin Schottenheimer (born September 23, 1943 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania) is a former American football coach. Over his career, he has served as head coach of the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins, and San Diego Chargers. He holds the peculiar distinction of being the NFL coach with the most wins in the Super Bowl era (1966 to present) to never coach a team in a Super Bowl. He was fired from his head coaching position with the San Diego Chargers in 2007, after leading the Chargers to a 14-2 record but a disappointing second round loss after a first round bye in the playoffs.

norv turner sucks as a coach.. les miles team was just number 1 until it lost to arkansas.. so um no not even close i dont even think norv turner could make it into the top 25 coaching a college program.

NOT REALLY, because Les Miles is a better coach than Norv Turner! Turner suck as a coach! What da hell did Turner done lately! At least Miles and LSU r going somewhere even though they lost 2 da Razorback last game. But what about Turner?
