Restitution is what you pay or give someone to make up for damage you did to them.

Like if you stole five dollars, the court can order you to make restitution payments of five dollars. That gives the victim their money or their property back.

Being a juvenile is not an escape from being responsible for crime you did. The court can order a juvenile to pay restitution just like they can order an adult to.

I don't understand your question. Restitution is Court ordered as part of the sentencing phase.
