He would have to be:-
1) Well mannered, sensitive, and a soft voice. Can't stand men with rough, loud voices.
2) Love and embrace my children and grandchildren, as I would, his.
3) Same Interests. Music, movies, politics, art, writing. Interested in our environment, humanitarian causes. Be always wanting to learn something new. Like to travel. Enjoy a variety of foods.
4)Sorry, another. Have a VERY good sense of humour.
SO:-
It would be a fun time sitting and talking about it, before any choices were made.

It wasn't people who created the nutrition chain. power comes from the sunlight, gets switched over into plant life that are eaten via animals who're eaten via bigger, smarter animals. that is component of this experience you call life. Is it evil while a tiger eats a deer? many of the abuses you cite are brought about via stupidity. they're curtailed while they grow to be oftentimes happening. There are extra timber in the present day than 50 years in the past using fact loggers replant. There are fewer wooded area fires than there have been before logging. there is extra nutrition than ever using fact of chemical components. there is far less affliction than ever using fact of chemical components. possibly you may desire to circulate back to a time while animals ate human beings on a huge-unfold foundation, illnesses killed million of human beings oftentimes, human beings traveled via strolling or horseback, little one dying became into difficulty-loose, famines wiped out total international places and an prolonged life became into 50 years yet no longer me.

Thoughtfulness, sense of humor and intelligence.
Now that I've read the other answers, I see a majority want intelligence. I also thought Mooshe's answer was really funny, but some folks didn't. Too bad.

Funny as can be--without a sense of humor life can be rather dull.
Nurturing, putting me first in front of anyone and stick up for me, yet when it comes down to the snuggling---he's right there.
Domestic! A guy who can cook, clean, do the wash and shop just as good if not better then me. Spit up the domestic duties and wow----that's a guy!!!

To have a good pension for starters. LOL Really only teasing.
He would have to be a Christian
He would have to get to know the real me and accept it. I feel that I come across as someone that I'm not. Do you understand? Someone who knows me inside and out and still loves me.
He would have to be big on family. his and mine.
I'll throw this one in. I would be happy if he liked pets in the house.

My ideal spouse would have a sense of humour, patience, kindness, and he would be affectionate, loving (totally in love with me), supportive, understanding of my limitations, be financially secure, have a wide range of interests, and be a capable lover, secure in who he is and his masculinity, and a pilot.
Sorry three wont do it .... oh and another, he has to be a Christian and have a strong faith

very interesting question.we have been married for nearly 40 years .now our children have settled down & we have decided (rather i decided & he accepted my decision ) to spend our days in a small township. by accepting my decision he has already satified the first characterstic. that is i want my partner to accept me (accepting each other's openion) 2.i want him to have good health.as we r getting older we dn't want to depend on others or each other (healthwise ). 3. sense of humour.( finding happiness around you without grumbling .)
