I had to listen to them quietly tonight since my husband is asleep, but tomorrow it will be loud! Love those!

Soft before I'd choose loud. When I was young, it was loud.
Especially on a summer day with the windows open. Or
driving in the car with the windows down, I'd want it halfway
loud. Now I want it not to jar my nerves and so medium to
soft would be my preference. Nothing to make the blood
pressure rise. I like some easy listening music now also. I
must be getting old, as I used to hate that kind of music LOL.

I like soft and slow, and sometimes upbeat, as long as it is not blaring and actually almost blows the sub woofers!
Those were great, the best, Buddy Holly, and the fantastic orchestration that backed him. What a tragedy, he that to die so young.
This afternoon, I watched The Australian Classical Awards for 2007, and enjoyed listening to three very talented young men. A pianist, a trumpeter and a violinist, backed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. What talent, and I enjoyed it so much. I just love music, all kinds, except RAP.
Thank YOU for sharing.

It totally depends on what I'm doing, my mood etc. In the car I like it rather loud. I listen to soft ( very low) jazz as I read in bed before sleep. When cleaning I have the music up louder.

Depends on the song and singer. I really like loud when I listen to 50's and 60's rock and roll. Soft with country-Jim Reeves, Eddy Arnold, and all those gone to soon crooners.

If I am working in the house alone. Painting walls, putting up wallpaper, sewing or something similar I like it loud. I mostly like it loud in the car too. Hardly ever soft.

It's always Celtic and it depends. If I'm alone, then it's loud. If I'm not, then it's soft because the TV in the front room's on.

Soft; and, most importantly I do not have the right to inflict whatever noise I like on the rest of humanity, so I play it soft and quiet.

Depends on my mood.
They are nothing better than flying down the highway with my sunroof open and my stereo booming listening to George Jones.
