It depends on the incense. Some scents have an effect on your reproductive system. They are used to help menstrual flow and pains. I would check a website, book or the packet to see if they have any warnings on them. Some scents are ok but others are not.

It is as long as you can handle the smell. The smell of it about made me hurl while pregnant.
