What does it mean if my male friends are constantly flirting with me?

My male friends are always flirting with me. They would pull me to their sides, or put me on their laps. Does this mean that they are really friendly with me, or do they want to try and get with me? They would rub my shoulders or run their fingers along my back. We are good friends and have been for a long time. This happens between me and about 4 guys and i'm not the one starting the flirting though and I don't really respond back to their touches.

We have all been friends for about three years now and are part of a group of friends. But this happens whenever all of our friends are hanging out with each other.........not one on one.

My hunch would be that either you are flirting without realizing it OR that perhaps you have a group of friends that feels so comfortable with you that they have no problem rubbing your shoulders or hugging you. The best way to find out if they want more is to ask them. Communicating what you suspect is the best way to find the answer. Well actually most of my friends (Meaning, like, all except for about three - who are girls) are guys and they do the same thing ^_^ We hold hands, they give me piggy back rides, I give 'em massages, the works. I even do this one thing with one of my friends where we walk up to each other in between classes and go "hey babe" "hey doll face" and wink at each other, haha!

With your friends, they either love you in an affectionate-sibling-like-child-hood-friend love or they just like being with you : ) I think it's really sweet that you guys feel comfortable with each other like that!

One of them may like you though if their flirting stands out at a different level then the rest?

They may fancy you, most likely they do, but the majority of very young men will try it on like that with most girls to see whos likely to be up for it.If they touch you like that it might progress to other ways if you do not tell them not to touch you in these ways.Its sounds as if they are grooming you for something more, so be very careful.Dont give them a chance they will use you if they can.Find a boy who treats you with respect and wants to talk to you rather than touch you all the time.

I've been in similar situations with my male friends. In my experience, 2 of them had feelings for me and the rest were just attracted to me. The ones who were only attracted were just happy to have a pretty girl around, so I was still their friend. Guys love having female friends to play around with, etc. It doesn't necessarily mean they're "into" you like that. It kind of comes with the territory of being friends with guys.

but maybe, on the other hand, they feel so comfortable around you, that they don't feel the need to have a 'no-touch 'policy in place, because they are so at ease with you.

umm well if it makes you feel uncomfortable then talk to them about it. i'm thinking it just means they're being friendly unless they are doing other things that tell you they like you.. buying you things, trying to hang out with you one on one, looking at you in that special way...

they like you... and are attracted and are probably very curious to see how you'll respond to their attraction. If you don't lead them on too much you should feel okay with basking in their utter awe (haha) of you... wait until the right guy starts flirting with you though... don't get with one of them just cause they'd be willing to claim you as theirs.
