Ok, pinching and massaging is making me sleepy. Maybe I am tired.

How about a few ways
1. Take a hot bath or shower
2. Take aspirin
3. Make sure you drank plenty of water if not drink some
4. Massage your temples
5. Apply a warm/hot hand towel to your forhead
6. Go to sleep
7. Soak your feet in hot water
8. Drink a glass of hot water or tea with lemon juice squeezed in it

Quick fixer upper for a headache. Take your right hand, mainly the thumb and index finger, and place it on your left hand. You want to have your thumb on top of the hand and your index finegr on the bottom. You are going to squeeze HARD the space right by your left thumb and directly below that, pinch it HARD and hold it for about a minute. This is a pressure point that controls headaches. if you don't pinch it tight or hold it long enough it won;t work as good. Good luck, this is something I taught my sons to do when they were in school and got a headache.

Pinch that very narrow area on the back of one of your heels....squeeze pretty good and see what happens with your headache after that...ok?

get a rather long sock....
fill it with 2 cups rice..tie a knot @ the end
stick in freezer for 1 to 2 hours
place on head...until it goes away
