can one speak poetry?

in words,that both feelings,and words can not say? just to say,
in words or emotion,, just in words ?

Unshielded by hope
Feelings stumble and stutter,
Over rehearsed words
To play the heart-strings of your intended
Pray somewhere in the noise
The true heart speaks out

i do often speak like a poem. my friends call me "the poet" as a nickname because i am dramatic and poetic in my words.
