is it possible to sing an old BOB DYLAN song out of tune?

yep... Bob was exactly "out of tune" that was his style... so someone "imitating" him would be screwing up just by doing so.. now you can cover the song.. but you'd have to sing in tune.. so yes it is possible

I always thought he was "singing" out of tune

not a Dylan fan so I use the term singing loosely

Bob Dylan ALWAYS sounds out of tune to me. Sorry....*ducking and running* :-)
