I've become a diehard Red Sox fan over the past few years, but this year I'm trying to understand other sports. I'm working on becoming a Celtics fan and a Patriots fan. It's hard because my dad is a diehard Steelers fan (has been since the '70s, and the rest of my family hates the Patriots), but I think I'll try and become a Bruins fan because I want to become a sports journalist or reporter when I grow up, so I want to know about all four sports

I'm a huge MLB fan. I grew up around baseball fans and its by far my favorite sport. I love the whole atmosphere of a baseball game. I love the feeling I get when my team wins. Its all just incredibly amazing. My favorite baseball team will always be the Boston Red Sox.
I like the NFL. I go to football games now and then. Its an exciting sport and you can always get someone to go to a football game with you, so its never boring. Everything about it just (literally) screams "excitement". My favorite football team is the New England Patriots.
NHL I've just recently gotten into. Its pretty good, actually. I don't have anything negative to say about it. If I had to choose a team, I'd say the Boston Bruins. They're really the only team I follow. I definitley wouldn't call myself a hockey fan!
I hope this doesn't bother anyone, but the NBA bores me beyond belief. I got UK basketball tickets the other week and rather than going I gave them to a guy in my science class. It just goes back and forth, back and forth. Its SO repetative. I like some variety in my sports and I tend to like games that are outside. Though I don't like it, I've seen the Boston Celtics play live and they are very good. I'd pick them out of all the basketball teams.

MLB: yes if it is the Yankees
NFL: sometimes I like to watch the Cowboys, Colt, or Saints but usually no. Reason: On Sundays between church, honeydo projects, and weekend shopping I'm usually just too busy.
NBA: not any more. I used to watch the Lakers, 76ers, & Celtics in the days of Kareem, Magic, Bird, & Dr. J but I quit at the Michael time. Reason: basketball doesn't seem to be a team sport anymore. It is one guy trying to show off & get his big Nike contract while the rest of the team just feed him the ball. Pfft.
NHL: Never & no way. I have lived in the south my whole life & really never travelled outside the south. Thus, it was just a few years ago when we got our first hockey team. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I tried to go and watch and learn, but I just don't get it with all the lines and circles and penalties. The only thing I like are the fights which happen too rarely to hold my attention.

MLB- Cleveland Indians all the way! Been a fan since 2 years old and still going. Plus they did very well and more than I expected from them.
NFL- Indianapolis Colts cause of the great players and combos (Manning-Harrison). Even better is that the Colts are having another great year.
NBA-Cleveland Cavaliers cause I gotta stick with my home state. Big fan of Lebron James except for him being a Yankees fan, it ticked me off seeing him wear Yankees cap during an Indians playoff game at HOME.
Not really a fan of hockey though.

I am not a very big fan of football, through I like some of the movies that are football related. I couldn't even tell you what offense or defense is in football. But I like the 3 other sports. So I am not a man of he NFL, and hockey could even be worse, since hockey players do pick fights with each other, and then has happen, and they always get in trouble with it, but spending a few minutes, depending on thier part in the fight in the pentaly box.

For me, it's 1) Baseball 2) Football 3) Basketball 4) Hockey I also enjoy watching some tennis every once in a while. I also like watching pool tournaments lol

Baseball: NY Yankees: Born and raised a die hard Yankee fan. Season tickets and love watching them play 24/7
Football: NY Giants: A New Yorker that believes in the team every year, and believes in Tom Coughlin. Best defensive line in NFL
Basketball: NY Knicks: I am a true New Yorker no matter how bad the team is. I have confidence we will rise.
Hockey: Born and raised Ranger fan.

these are my fav teams because i grew up in the cities where the teams play.I think that you should always root for your local team no matter what.
