Considering that neither Bush nor Cheney have committed any impeachable offenses, i.e. crimes, it would be pretty hard for congress to do. You elected the likes of Pelosi, didn't you? You believed the rhetoric and look what you got?

Wouldn't an impeachment mean that they did something wrong. Wait, the facts are all there! Wait, where'd they go, i just had um, o, there, nope, look here, nope, check the pockets, nope??? I'd do one of those spanish upside down ?'s, but i don't know how. ????????
I like how Congress approved everything that Bush has done, yet people like you want to impeach him off of what, the "I don't like the President law". Hahaha
Man, every president was hated by someone, and i'm sure they thought the same thing as you. Except, when Clinton actually did something wrong, he did get impeached.
Owait, I forgot, impeachment doesnt' mean removal from office, so what do you really want, an impeachment, or a full removal from office.
Upsidedown?

Bruce Fein, a conservative that served in the Justice Department in the Reagan Administration, and a Constitutional expert wrote an article in Slate Magazine saying impeachment should be carried out. Fein wrote the Articles of Impeachment of Bill Clinton. Go here to read his informative article on why impeachment should be pursued:

They can't impeach Bush because they don't have the votes. And as far as Congress's important work,,,WHAT,they haven't kept one single promise they all made to get elected in the first place. It's time we all stopped listening to the left or the right and put some real Americans in office. When are we as a people going to see that simple truth?Probably never,we are to tied up in pointing blame to one party or the other. If we are not careful,it will be to late and our grandchildren will pay for our stupidity.

Even if the Democrats were in power, the Iraq war would have happened. Worse intel in history.
I have a feeling that the democrats would attack Saudia Arabia one day. Why do US politicians complain about human rights abuses there? There are so many human rights abuses in many countries. Some even worse than both Saudia Arabia and Saddam Iraq combined.
US politicians are victims of their own stupidity.
Don't forget that the Democrats also voted for the Iraq war based on the intelligence estimates given.
God bless America (sarcasm).

Bush has broken laws and violated the Constitution. By approving warrantless wiretaps and going around the secrete intelligence panels, he violated FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act)--a Federal law. There is also the issue of appointing political cronies in violation of the Hatch Act. These are some of the more serious breaches of his oath of office (To uphold not only the Constitution, but the laws of the United Sates of America), of course there is the issue of no-bid contracts awarded to Haliburton.
There is most likely a case for impeachment of not only the President, but the Vice President.
As for Congress actually bringing the articles, that is another matter. Because Congress is divided so much, it is politicaly infeasible for Pelosi and Democrats to bring articles to the floor. In order for this to be viable, a number of important Republicans need to side with the Democrats--this has to be a non partisian issue.

Seeing as how their is no proof other then rhetoric that Bush and Cheney are war criminals and have committed impeachable offenses, yes, it would be a waste of time. And last I checked, you put these people into office, your getting what you voted for.

he should be impeached out of principle, to seal his so called legacy, and put the stamp that this is the dumbest and worst president we've ever had,, as for crimes to impeach him for, haliburton is enough, making money on both ends of the war, for shame,, the gop wanted to impeach clinton for white water, but in a perfect world he would be impeached for his dumb, he's so dumb it hurts to watch,, major little man syndrome may have started when he was a male cheerleader in college

Yeah you're right longhaired....all they have to do is OPEN their eyes!
What is disgusting is that Pelosi took impeachment off the table as soon as the dems won! In order to get the business of governing going smoothly!

Oh boy! Another Bush-hater. Seriously. We have less than a year left. Suck it up.
And as for Congress...since when have they done anything but try to allow illegals and gay marriages and a whole bunch of other crap, which incidentally, all they've done is preach about it. They don't even have the balls to put their stupid bills through.
See what happens when liberals take over?!
I'd like to see them going out and fighting the war.
Go Conservatives!!
