My rabbit is beginning to get very moody and she is normally very nice. She isn't coming to the cage when I open the door anymore. She's gotten HUGE in the past 3 days but her stomach hasn't gotten hard yet. And her nipples are starting to show. Help! Am I going to be a grandma or not?!!!!

If she has been with a male anytime in the last month, then yes, she probably is.
If you are not sure, then take her to a rabbit savvy vet for a check up. If could be something else. A vet will be able to tell you if she is pregnant.

Has she been with a buck around 30 days ago? If so then is is most likely getting ready to kindle(give birth).
If you know when she was with a buck count 30 days from the day they were together, this will give you a pretty accurate day to be looking for kits.
She needs to have a nestbox with straw or hay in it to build her nest. If she doesn't have one and has the kits on the cage floor they will most likely all die. They need the warmth and confinement of a box.
If you are asking these questions you really shouldn't be breeding rabbits. You need to educate yourself as to all aspects of rabbit breeding and kindling. Please get some books and investigate all the possibilities.

it depends on how old she is. my bunny is getting very moody but we found out she was going through puberty. if she has been with a buck within the past month, she is probably pregnant!!!

Probably...rabbits are almost always pregnant.
