Finishing my basement. Sewer pipe to city is 3 1/2 feet above floor. I have a sump pump well which runs year around due to "natural spring" under foundation. I want to install Shower, 2 sinks and towlet for bath and ult./laundry room

What system would be recommended to be "BEST" for this application, and any layout idea's, costs expectations, above the up-flush tank and plummer/electrication would be greatly appriciated.

The Big Box Stores, Orange and Blue ones sell a system for basement toilets. I don't know the price as I never checked on them before. Sewer, shower water is connected to this small tank and when it reaches a certain level the sewer pump kicks in and disposes of the you know what directly into the sewer system I guess you could hook up to the sump pump as it is only grey water and not black. Better off getting separate unit because you can add a toilet later. I saw a few with it's own plug. So getting and electrician involved would be to make sure the system or outlet is ground faulted. So all you gotta do is plug it in

You could install an electric toilet instead. Then you don't need any plumbing, pumps, drains, you just need a duct for the fan. Its kind of unorthodox, but saves water, and could be easier for you.
