I have seen it done before just cant remember exactly what was used.It was something with a brown bag, towel, plastic wrap, And then i think like pepper and vinager.Anyone heard of this before and exactly how its made?

You can make a "homemade" heating pad using uncooked rice and a mens tube sock.... Just fill the tube sock with uncooked rice tie the end closed with ribbon/string and put in the microwave for about 5 min or until warm.... It can also be used to keep cold drafts from coming underneath a door... !!! Good luck...

Buckwheat hulls in a pillowcase, then heat in a microwave. You can use it on sore joints or like a neck pillow.
