I've bought those 150$ tickets
I've watched as they turned the stadium into a billboard
I've seen them rename their stadiums Dorito's or some crap
I've bought their products and merchandise
I've watched as they convince players to sing and dance for them for money
now they want me to pay for the privelige to watch this 3 hour commercial with an hour of Football
Whats next ? what can we do?

what do you mean you've bought $150 tickets?

and yes, the NFL channel is a rip off. They are trying to get people to leave their cable provider to switch over to satellite because so many people have been complaining about not seeing this weeks Thursday game.

Well my cable company decided to carry it so I have no problem with it. There are many reasons to be mad at both sides of this issue, but my main problem is with the NFL and their DirectTV Ticket package.
By the way, if you weren't mad before the NFLNetwork then why be mad now? Doesn't make since to me....
The NFL Network has much more programming than just "3 games" thats like me saying HBO has only tv shows and the same movies over and over... oh yeah..

Ha ha! My husband is. He believes they are commercializing too much football as well. Most of what he is offended by is the half time shows. As we saw on Thanksgiving, it's not just the Super Bowl that uses half time for mini-concerts any more.

Most things are like that these days. We're a nation of well-trained consumers who overpay for things we don't need because we convince ourselves that we'll be happier with them. Is it worse to be ignorant to the fact that you're getting screwed or to know you're getting ripped off and still ask for more? I say ignorance is bliss.

Nope, not offended. Have had it for a couple of years through Dish Network (which is not why I got the dish; I got it because cable sucks).
