Do you think Horoscopes are real? Well, I like reading them, but they sound just so phycic, to me!!!

Try this. go through your normal day to day routine, and then at the end of the day, read your horoscope. Sometimes it might get it right, but remember about 1/12 of the world share your same sign. Whatr are the odds that the horoscope for, say my sign, Leo, applies to every Leo on the planet? Its just some entertainment written by newspaper columnists.

I agree, who can tell what kind of day this sign or that sign is gonna have, we all have our days and live day by day. If mine ever said someone was going to bring me a million dollars, it'd be wrong! They might be fun to read,but nothing to them. Including this sign is more capable with that sign,ect..
The big guy upstairs makes those decisions, not someone printing horoscopes. If the were the case, not all horoscopes from the same sign would be the same. Someone in one town may say (same sign), This is your lucky day, you have a surprise comming today. While another paper reads Be cautious of any expenses today. So they have to look up what the physic says.
They aren't real, I don't even read mine.

Astrology (and religion) began as honest attempts to understand the world around us. However, after a while, some really enjoyed the position of authority that these practices gave them (power to control people) and really got annoyed whenever somebody else contradicted them.
Astrology was meant to decipher the messages that the gods were sending to us through the position of the planets (each one being controlled by a different god).
When Kepler provided a mathematical way to easily predict future positions of planets AND Newton explained why planets behaved the way they did (gravity), astrology stopped being linked to astronomy.
Astrology is now just another pagan practice.

I believe in God and God only! Are you going to trust something a person makes up on how your life is going to go? No! God knows what your going to decide. He let's you make the choices, but He knows what your going to choose to do! I believe in God and i hope you do too. When were old and gray in Heaven, we can look back and see each other and think it's ironic on how I answered this question.
