Also... I'm not a huge fan of winter. Maybe some chilly weather here and there... but no blizzards and freezing days. Any ideas? I don't like large cities. (Pop. 50-200k is fine). Quaint towns are cute if they're close to larger towns. I want to have opportunity to have fun at night and lots of shopping.

Not a huge fan of extreme hotness either. If I could hit a happy medium that'd be WONDERFUL!

Phoenix.
there are alot of smaller cities around the Phoenix area.
snow is very rare there. it's only snowed once in the last 20 years.

winston-salem, nc, and surrounding areas has a large growth of pharmaceutical companies. a lot of people from the northeast are migrating for the weather, and for the jobs.

mission veijo, its in southern california.
my cousins, aunt and uncle live there and we always go there for christmas and special occasions. i love that place, it was ranked #1 safest place in the usa..
it has soo many pretty trees and flowers, nice houses, and a lot of shopping:]
