LOL! Cute answer.

What are the components of beer: Alcohol and what else? Water, yeah, but still what?

What affect do you think the alcohol will have on the plants? Do you think it will affect the soil microflora? What does the microflora do? How about the soil? There is a chemical exchange game going on between the mineral components of the soil and the water surrounding the mineral and organic matter components of the soil (what are the components of soil??) Do you think the alcohol might interfere with the this mineral exchange game? You might have to talk to someone knowledgeable in chemistry and soil science to answer this. (contact you Cooperative Extension Service agent for your county...look in phone book or do a Google for your state)

How long will the alcohol remain or will it evaporate? How soon?

The carbohydrates (the answer to first question) may actually feed the soil microflora (if the alcohol doesn't kill them) and enhance growth........how?

What is the alcohol content of the beer? If there was no alcohol in the beer.....say you boiled it out...would it be a different result.

Other that wasting a good beer, nothing. The plant will use the water in the beer and a few minerals and rest will go down the drain. You are better off drinking the Red Horse and then go around and urinate on the plants. At least the ammonia in the urine will help the plant. This is where the term" Piss on it came from". Hope you get straight "A"s in this class
