Bjork is the Queen of Eccentricity! I love her! Even though people make fun of her outfits and style, I think she's fantastic!

I would say Bjork. I enjoy her, but it seems the more conservative country you come from (Iceland is pretty conservative) the more eccentric you become when you bust out of the mold. Think about all those wacky artists from England, it's a great creative ground that would never be duplicated in the US but some do put the "E" in eccentric.

Ewww...I don't like either one of these singers...I do think Tori Amos is a much more talented songwriter, but Bjork is just weird, strange, etc.
