Many headaches are caused by Hormone changes.

Ice packs or a heating pad on the back of your neck will help.

Another simple method is to work your neck muscles.

Take the heels of your hands and press them against your forehead
press back with your head. This will work the neck muscles, press as long and as hard as you can, when you let go it will relax.

Seeing a Chiropractor is a good move. He or she can straighten out your spinal alignment with a simple 10 minute adjustment. It works wonders. The headaches go away.

I had the same problem when I was pregnant, think it has something to do with the baby sitting on your nerves. Fill a hot bath and lay back with your head under water with only your nose out to breath. Keep your eyes under water, and relax there for about 20 minutes a couple times a day. That's the only thing that helped me. It's hard because the only thing you can take while your pregnant is Tylenol. Good luck.

I am 13 wks and I to suffer from headaches/migraines. I had one and Tylenol and compresses were not working so I call my ob and she gave me a script for Tylenol 3 to use as a last resort if the regular Tylenol and compresses don't work

o.. this is quite normal, your body is going through so many changes to make room for the baby. all you can do for your headaches is to take tylenol (a light dosage) and i have learned frm wrkin with an obgyn that how much and what you eat can cause a huge strain on your body. so eat smaller and smarter. but if the pain is unbearable contact your physician.
good luck!

See your doctor!!

Headaches can be normal during pregnancy, but anytime you're worried you should trust your instinct and see your doctor right away. I took tylenol when I had headaches during my first trimester, but not all doctors recommend it so you should definitely ask first.

Headaches are normal during pregnancy. It's due to your changing hormones. I also get it every now & then. I'm already 27 weeks far along. We just have to deal with it.
Gudluck though... ;)

All you can take is Tylenol (500 mg max every 4 hours). If that doesn't help, call your doctor and see what he recommends.
