We can read a book once or twice, maybe more. We can watch a movie once or twice, maybe more. But music is a different story. What makes you listen to the same music over and over again?

For me, it is just the mood I am in. I do, however, do get sick of some songs and will not listen to them for awhile. Then, out of the blue, I will remember those same songs later and will want to listen to them for awhile. Music also helps us get through the day or night. At work, I listen to my MP3 player while I work and it helps get through my night. Some songs give me a feeling or memory and will want to remember those thoughts.

Well think about it. A song is alot shorter than a book and a movie and there a bunch of different kinds. And it makes you happy faster than a movie which takes a long time.

It depends.
Sometimes it is the beat, other times the words are the drawing factor. Every type of music is different.
