It has 256 mb memory.
Driver is ati2dvag.dll
Version is 6.14.0010.6571
all info from directx diagnostic tool.

overclocking cause heat and heat causes components to fail. If you want to go ahead with it good luck but I recommend you stay away from overclocking unless you really know what you doing and if you asking the question in here you don't know enough.

yes you can. Go to catalyst control center and theres and automatic overclock tab. But be really careful because its a laptop and they can overheat easily and destroy your video card.

it is an intergrated graphics adapter. you cant overclock it and even if you could thats the dumbest thing i have ever heard. Just get a new graphics card.
