How much does it increase by a year? Jobs like at a fast food resturant, walmart, target etc.

That depens on what state you live in or whether or not you work for the Federal government. Self destructive states like Washington will have one near eight dollars per hour and pragmatic states like Texas will have one around six dollars per hour.

By raising minimum wage, you have to increase the cost of living. Hopefully not much, or just enough to meet the inflation rate.

By the way, why is the minimum wage higher than wages of that of the military? Someone should get on that!
