Yes, someday there will be a women in MLB. It will probably be the last of the big four sports to break the gender barrier but it will happen someday.

"Ever" is a long time, so I suspect so. However, I do not see this happening over the next 10-15 years. This skills needed to throw and hit a baseball and softball are much different.
Jenny Finch is a fast pitch softball pitcher and that motion does not translate to baseball very well. However, there are few MLB hitters that can hit her fastball because softballs tend to rise while baseballs tend to drop. Cal Ripken faced her and did not match up well, so that should speak volumes.

Nope, Major League Baseball is for men, so if a woman wanted to play some ball, she will have to play baseball, and besides can you idmange a woman on a team made up of men.

I don't think so. They'll probably just start a professional softball league though. There are some really talented softball players who deserve the chance to play professionally.

I don't think so. Remember the Silver Bullets?? They were a female baseball team and they spent their time losing to men's amateur baseball teams. I play men's amateur baseball and with all due respect, we aren't even close to professional levels.

I'd say there's almost no chance at it ever happening. The same goes for the NFL, and the NBA.
