It was washed and dried once, since the stain did not appear wet but ended up showing up when it was dried.

It was juice from the Thanksgiving turkey that stained it. What can I do to hopefully remove the stain? Will Shout do it?

I had the same thing happen to me - LOL guess we were having too much fun with the turky.
I always use clorox 2 - its a color safe bleach and works wonders. put a 1/2 cap of clorox 2 on it and scrub it in real good, then put just a little more on it and fold it to keep it moist - let it sit overnite and then wash it with 1 cap full of clorox 2 and some wisk (its what i use)
you could also try oxi clean, but i have had problems with that bleaching my colored clothes

if that doesnt do it then i dont think anything will

Dryers bake stains into clothing. If you wash it a few times it may lighten a little. I don't think you'll be able to get it out completely.

if it's turkey grease, then a strong detergent should do it. Wisk or one of those Oxy cleaners, let it set, scrub with a tooth brush, then wash in the hottest water you can safe for the fabric of the shirt.

I think so. You can use bleach by soaking it into a bucket water, add bleach and soap. Wait for about 20 mins and then wash it.

You can try it, but since it's been in the dryer, the stain is probably permanent.

grease? use DAWN dish liquid and scrub with a toothbrush... let it sit a minute, then wash it again.
