I guess they don't sit on the toilet seat and so they miss, but usually I think it is the men's room that are messier, never knew that female restrooms were messy too

Maybe they are just nasty, disgusting people who do these vile things on purpose!! Some people want to make a mess just to upset others - they think it's funny or whatever.
They really need some mental help, if you ask me!
That's really gross. I would complain to management or something, and perhaps have some sort of meeting or send everyone an email telling them to step up their bathroom hygiene - it's affecting your health!!!

Consolation, men do the same. Come visit our rest room and look around the urinals. I actually believe that is the way they live in their own homes so why expect anything different. Posting signs doesn't work, I tried it.

Same situation where I work.
I had to go really bad once and there was a line up for the women's, so I went into the men's... it was cleaner than the woman's. How ironic.

wow seriously! that's really messy. cuz in my school the girl's bathroom is like clean and spotless and yes we girl's do have periods! i mean were in junior high of course. but i guess the older the more messier?

because they think they can hover their fat arses over the bowl..and apparently they CAN"T.
and most people (women too!) are pigs, and expect someone else to clean up after them.
