No not at all... i think it makes someones life a LOT happier to believe in heaven or an afterlife. a place that you go to where all your good deeds are redeemed and your hardships are "paid for"... for lack of a better word. and i've heard that people who were close to death have seen visions of heaven... maybe thats not true though. but maybe it is!

I'm not afraid of physically dying. Actually, I really could use the rest, right now. I believe that we may leave our bodies, but our energies continue on.
I do worry what would happen to my kids if I die before they are self-supporting adults.

In a way I am. More so lately with excellent evidence of life after death, with ghostly paranormals. the more i research upon the paranormal the more worried i become towards heaven or engery.. it's a crazy relative relationship that should be taken serious. scientific proof lingers with evidence in more than one case.. as far as religion i'm not big on it at all.. go back to the days of martin luther, challenging the authorities for improper use of religion and power... it was a catholic church selling tickets saying they would not have to spend any time in purgatory.. the church marketed these tickets in order to gain money to build new cathedrals..

I am not afraid to die at all. I would only have the sadness of those left behind to trouble me, but that is also a part of the process and the journey.

Well, sometimes I am. Because I'm not aware of what happens after death, so it's natural that I would fear it. However, since it's inevitable due to the fact that everyone dies, it's nothing to be afraid about really.

But again, it depends how I would die though.

UM. Kind of i guess. But not in the way that most ppl would think really. I'm not scared of the pain, or what would happen afterwards. But I'm scared of what will happen to the ppl i love afterwards. I'm scared of maybe not knowing what will happen to them, not being able to be there for them if they are sad or if they need me in anyway. missing things like grandchildren being born. things like that really are what i'm afraid of.

I don't want to die, but I'm not scared to die. I'm more scared of one of my family members dying, rather than myself dying.

I'm with peaches. I'm a Christian; therefore I don't fear. If you haven't given your soul to Christ, you should look into it immediately. My cousin, at 9 years old, fell out of a tree house. He died from a collapsed lung at the hospital two hours later. You never know.

No. I used to be. I think it's the next step. I'm a good person. Why should I be afraid?
