If i lie to my parents that im working doing late night shift but im really out partying. Is that a big risk of my job? Can i be cool with the manager if my parents call the workplace and tell him/her to lie to them? What if i even ask him about lying? REALLY BIG HELP, THANKS :)

Well hopefully your parents trust you enough not to call your job to see if your really workin anyway...but it really all depends on your manager...if you have a really cool laid back manager that you get along with then maybe they would lie for you...so it really depends how close you are to your manager...

By askng your manager to lie to your parents for you and say you are at work when you are really out partying, you'd just be showing the manager that you are very immature, and can't be trusted.

Also, what happens if your parents then ask to talk to you? Or just ask to talk to you in the first place rather than asking your manager if you're there, which is probably more likely? Or what if they drive past your workplace and your car isn't there?

I'm not sure of your exact question, but I think you are asking "is it ok if I ask my boss to lie and say I was at work, when I really wasn't?"

I would say no. Unless you and your boss has a VERY close relationship. 99.9% of cases = NO

If you are not a legal adult, your manager can be sued. You are putting him in a very awkward situation.
