The mouthwash's temperature is whatever it is. If your bathroom is usually cold, the mouthwash will match this temperature.

However, there may be chemicals in the mouthwash that stimulate temperature-sensing nerves. For example, menthol (found in mint leaves) causes a cold sensation, while capsaicin (found in spicy peppers) causes a hot sensation. These chemicals do not actually cause a temperature change, only the perception of a temperature change. A thermometer would not be affected.

menthol, ethanol, alcohol, anything that something to do with gaseous form of chemical is cold especially Hydrogen gas
