Another ten minutes no longer

No i sat on the top of my garage, with an umbrella above my head, and watched the rain fall and listened to the rain pat on peoples' roof-tops

yes i have.I enjoy watching old and the young enjoying rain and having fun, there are few who hate rain and you see them grumbling,
