I believe they are required to pay you for four, but I can't find anything, if anyone knows and knows where I can print it out from. I have always been told you get paid for four, my employer doesn't think so, but other employers have paid me for 4 hours before if I even only worked one. I really nee to find something so I can give it to them.

Sorry, Missouri is one of the few States that has no "call-in pay" provision. Your employer's not required to pay you at all if he doesn't work you.

Depends on your employment agreement. If you are paid hourly and work only 1 hour, unless it is stipulated in your contract (or a union agreement) that they must pay a minimum of four, they only have to pay you for what you worked.
